3. Assessment of Drone Damage: Upon receiving the drone at our facility, our team conducts a comprehensive assessment of the damage. This assessment includes a thorough inspection of all components and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions. 

4. Repair Estimate: Based on the assessment findings, we prepare a detailed repair estimate for the customer. The estimate includes the cost of parts, labor, and any additional services required to restore the drone to optimal condition. We communicate the repair estimate to the customer for approval. 

5. Customer Authorization: Once the repair estimate is provided, the customer reviews and authorizes the repair work to proceed. Authorization can be given through written confirmation, depending on the customer's preference.
