We want to let you know about things that we have done that are not allowed under Australia’s competition laws.

Beginning in April 2024, we communicated our recommended retail prices to our resellers as prices below which they were not to advertise or sell DJI Enterprise and Agricultural drones and accessories. We also communicated directly with some resellers about the prices at which they were advertising, quoting prices for or selling DJI Enterprise and Agricultural drones and accessories.

We want to notify you that:

·       resellers are free to set their own prices for goods supplied to them by EE Group;

·       resellers do not have to comply with our recommended retail prices; and

·       the ACCC has recently accepted an agreement from us not to set minimum retail prices again, see: https://www.accc.gov.au/public-registers/undertakings-registers/ee-group-australia-pty-ltd.
